Description

Edit: Fixed this piece up quite a bit! Lowered the head, shrank the eye, enhanced the colors and actually gave him 4 legs. B) Leg placement isn't quite right for a walk cycle but it looked nicer this way. :XD:

Used Bulbasaur to meddle around with watercolor effect and transparency! :)
